About Dakotta, the founder of SourcersGuide.com

Hi =) I'm Dakotta, the Editor and Chief of SourcersGuide. My goal in establishing this resource was to bring all the great minds of recruiting and sourcing together so they could share their knowledge to build a foundational database of the places recruiters, sourcers and researches would go. Basically giving everyone a chance to "Start with the Source". Because this is a Wiki Project, YOU as a user can login and add to the knowledge in the categories that are present. If you would like to add something, contact my personal assistant Sydney Jones at Sydney.Jones at dakotta.com and he can assist you.
