Welcome to the SourcersGuide.com, where you "Start with the Source". This open source community was created by Dakotta Alex and setup to help recruiters and sourcers on sourcing and building sourcing strategies. The categories below is broken into 72 industries which should give you a good idea on where start sourcing. Because this is a Wiki, the categories are open and ever evolving with other people’s expertise. Please read the tips section below on learning how you can contribute your knowledge to the recruiting community.
